As operations director, Krista supports all AIG team members and is responsible for marketing communications, technical writing, and back-office oversight, including HR and coordination of business and license registration, IT, facilities and accounting.

When it comes to documentation, Krista delivers high-value technical communications materials to meet diverse needs of AIG customers. She digs in to learn about customers, their operations, and priorities, and she is committed to helping organizations maximize performance throughout the company.

Armed with education in industrial engineering and journalism, Krista loves collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders throughout an organization to analyze needs and create a wide range of materials including user training, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and news articles.
