He offers years of project and team leadership and experience in the dry material handling, processing and packaging of minerals, cement, lime, municipal solid waste, recycled materials and salts.

Barry’s project management experience includes directing project teams that include plant engineers, operating staff, critical vendors, contractors and consulting engineers.
He manages the design, installation and commissioning of packaging, compacting, blending, conveying and dust collection systems. He has managed projects in all types of labor environments, and he is knowledgeable about OSHA and MSHA job-site requirements. In addition, he has experience working with regulatory and governmental agencies regarding environmental and building permits.
Since 2004, Barry has served on the board of directors of reStart, Inc., a homeless services agency in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
